Penza, 13 August 2016. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev complimented the Penza region farmers on having threshed 1 million tons of grain.

“The reason of such great result is your honest work, professionalism and unwavering dedication to the native land,” the head of the region noted.

As the website of the regional Ministry of Agriculture informs, harvesting campaign is currently going at a fast pace in all areas. Expected gross yield is 2,035 thousand tons.
