Kuznetsk, 16 April 2016. PenzaNews. A VAZ-21099 that had been hijacked by unknown parties from Sadovaya street in Kuznetsk of the Penza region was discovered at a scrapyard.

“The criminal investigators found out that the case is tied to a 34-year-old local resident. He confessed to the crime,” the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed Penzanews.

The incident is currently under investigation, the police added.
