Kuznetsk, 24 May 2016. PenzaNews. A woman living in the Kuznetsk area of the Penza region was found guilty of false enunciation and sentenced to 160 hours of compulsory community service.

“It was found that the woman came to the police station with a report. After being warned of the criminal punishment for false enunciation, she claimed that the unknown parties got hold of her household without her consent and knowledge by forging documents and signatures,” ulia Makarova, senior assistant attorney of the region in media relations, told PenzaNews.

However, as she explained, the culprit sold the house of her own accord, as stated in the sales agreement.

“The claim was registered with the police on the same day, and was later investigated by the Kuznetsk Ministry of the Interior department,” she pointed out, adding that the malicious action of the culprit resulted in improper use of police resources.

“The sentence is yet to enter into force,” Yulia Makarova said.
