Penza, 13 June 2016. PenzaNews. A 30-year-old man is suspected of stealing 5,000 rubles, 18 bottles of bear, 46 cigarette packs and 40 lighters from a cafe in Serdobsk of the Penza region.

The crime was committed during the night, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The criminal investigators found links between the crime and a citizen with a criminal record, who later confessed to the crime,” they added.

The culprit will be facing a criminal case on theft, they clarified.
