Penza, 19 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza police have opened a criminal case on theft of over 10,000 rubles from a bank account of a 43-year-old man, who lost his banking card in late May.

“The criminal investigators held a series of measures, and identified a 31-year-old Penza woman who was involved in the crime. She confessed, and explained that she withdrew the money using the PIN written on it, and spent the money as she saw fit,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The investigation of the criminal case is still ongoing, they added.
