Penza, 30 June 2016. PenzaNews. A police patrol seized a batch of “spice” drug from a 17-year-old former convict who was detained on Ternopolskaya street for drunk and disorderly behavior in public.

The seized substance was lab-confirmed to be an illegal drug, the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“An investigation of the illegal drug possession is underway,” the police explained.

In particular, the law enforcement will be establishing the means that allowed the underage man to obtain the illegal substance.
