Penza, 17 July 2016. PenzaNews. Police officers found the person involved in the theft of a mobile phone from 50-year-old resident of Zarechny, the Penza region in a recreation area on Mira Avenue.

As the press service of the regional department of MIA informed PenzaNews, the criminal took advantage of the fact that the man fell asleep, and pulled out the phone from his pocket.

“The investigators established that the crime was committed by a 20-year-old local previously held liable. He admitted his guilt,” police explained.

The press service noted that the incident is under verification.
