Penza, 28 July 2016. PenzaNews. A 38-year-old resident of Armievo village in the Penza region is accused of stealing two cigarette blocks, a stick of sausage, a bottle of lotion water and four bottles of vodka from a local shop.

The culprit broke the iron grid on the window and the plastic window frame to enter the shop, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The criminal investigators and police officers found that a local former convict was involved in the crime. He was detained and questioned, and confessed to the crime,” they added.

The culprit will be facing a criminal case on theft, the police clarified.
