Penza, 2 July 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza Museum of Local Lore has expanded its collection with an album of Crimean photos taken in 1950s-1960s, which was produced in Kiev.

The hardbound collection of photos based on yellow cardboard features additional slits for new shots.

The cover of the album is notable for its bright national Ukrainian design on dark blue artificial velvet.

Along with the photos of Crimea, the album features postcards depicting Crimea – landscapes, streets, buildings and monuments – in the middle of the 20th century, harkening back to the Soviet age, says the website “Museums of the Penza Region.”
