Penza, 7 October 2014. PenzaNews. A delegation from the Penza region will take part in the 3rd international discussion forum “Open Innovations” that will begin at the “Moscow” technology center on Tuesday, October 14.

As Mikhail Lyashkov, general director of JSC “Center of cluster development,” told PenzaNews agency, the delegation will be comprised of officials, representatives of the leading industrial enterprises, development institutes, higher education institutions and smaller innovation firms.

“The agenda provides time for 16 sessions on various issues, and many panel discussions, workshops and round-table conferences. The main topic of this year’s forum is ‘Creative destruction: How to remain competitive in the 21st century.’ The participants will focus on cooperation and coexistence of entrepreneurs and investors from different states,” said the agency interlocutor.

He added that the forum will also focus on education innovations, venture investments and HR policies, as well as robotized labor.

“The forum will host ‘Open Innovations Expo 2014.’ The leading innovation firms of Penza region and our universities, institutes and colleges will show their work there. Among other things, the visitors will learn more about the projects by OsteoFix, Unimix, Parafarm, Energosistemy, Planar, Ohrannaya Tehnika, LCD Electronics, Enspiromed and Endocarbon companies, NanoElectroLab youth creative innovations center, and the Penza center of commercialized nanotechnologies,” Mikhail Lyashkov elaborated.

He noted that the majority of exhibitions will be shown in public for the first time during the Moscow expo; however, several works have already undergone successful field implementation.
