Penza region natural gas consumption debt exceeded 1 billion rubles

Penza, 19 February 2015. PenzaNews. A total natural gas consumption debt of the Penza region has reached 1 billion 173 million rubles as of February 17, 2015, Andrei Palaznik, deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Amenities of the region, reported during the meeting of the regional government.

According to him, LLC “SKM Energoservis” is responsible for a third of the debt.

Andrei Palaznik also listed ten region areas with heavy gas debts, which included the Belinsk, Lunino, Nikolsk, Serdobsk and Sosnovoborsk areas, the press service of the Penza region government informs.
