Penza, 14 April 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region government has paid out the 2013 commercial loans of 1 billion 158.6 million rubles to the Russian Sberbank ahead of time.

According to information available on the website of the Penza region Finance Ministry, the state debt of the region on 1 April 2016 is 23 billion 858,408 thousand rubles.
