Penza, 27 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city budget lacked 899.1 million rubles of income in 2015, announced the head of the city’s Finance Department Olga Zavlyalkina during her report on the previous year’s budget during the 22nd regular City Duma session on Friday, May 27.

According to her, the budget plan was 91.5% fulfilled, with 9 billion 644.4 million rubles of income compared to the expectations of 10 billion 543.7 million rubles.

“The tax and on-tax income plan was 83.6% fulfilled – 4 billion 220 million rubles compared to planned 5 billion 148.2 million rubles. The free donation plan from the Penza region budget was 98.7% fulfilled – 5 billion 424.6 million rubles compared to 5 billion 495.5 million rubles,” she clarified.

The tax income in the city budget structure constitute 34.4% of the whole sum, Olga Zavyalkina pointed out.

“We received 91.4% of the planned tax incomes in 2015. The largest share, 68.1%, is the individual income tax,” she said.

According to her, the incomes from the added value tax from big and main city taxpayers went down in 2015.

“These include ‘Penzastroy’ (-10.9 million), ‘Khimmash’ (-1.5 million), ‘Stroyinvest’ (-2.9 million), the Penza bread factory, and even more companies,” Olga Zavyalkina said.
