Penza, 7 July 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza branch of Rosselkhozbank retained its high performance in the regional banking field in the first half of 2016.

According to its press service, the bank’s loan portfolio surpassed 30 billion rubles.

As a tradition, Rosselkhozbank pays particular attention to loans for seasonal works. Since the beginning of the year, it provided over 2.8 billion rubles of loans for the sowing campaign, which were used by agricultural producers for fuel and oil, spare parts, seeds, fertilizer and weed killers.

Moreover, the bank provides support to small enterprises: it used over 0.8 billion rubles for loans to SMEs in the first half of 2016, with a loan portfolio in the field of approximately 3 billion rubles – 40% of the sum for refinancing, and 60% for purchases of equipment, vehicles and other investments.

Moreover, the Penza branch increases its work towards loaning invidivuals – over 1 billion rubles worth of loans to around 39,000 citizens since the beginning of 2016, with the post popular services being mortgages and consumer loans, including for pensioners.

By the end of the year’s first six months, the bank received over 9.6 billion rubles of deposits from more than 20,000 people – mainly under plans “Pension Plus,” “Classic,” “Boost” and “Manageable.”

The positive dynamic and growing client base shows that the bank enjoys demand and we are moving to the right direction,” noted Sergei Kochergin, director for the Penza branch of Rosselkhozbank.

Rosselkhozbank is the foundation of the Russian national credit and financial service system for the national agrarian business.

The bank, founded in 2000, is currently the key creditor in the Russian agricultural field. It is one of the largest and most stable Russian banks in regards to volume of active assets and capital stock, and among the leaders of reliability rating for the largest national banks.

The bank shares are 100% owned by the state.
