Penza, 1 July 2016. PenzaNews. A parking lot for 50 cars between two apartment buildings on Glazunova street in Penza was nearly fully flooded due to a ruptured cold water pipeline.

The water began to fountain out from under the ground at about 8.00, when nearly half of the parking lot occupants already took their cars and left.

Those who came for their cars slightly later had to put their agility to the test to reach their vehicles without getting wet.

The women had the most difficulties trying to reach their driving seats, while many men came to the parking lot in shorts and beach footwear and thus ended up being prepared for the unexpected wading.

The owners of the cars parked on the higher ground of the parking lot had the best, since their vehicles were not flooded.
