Penza, 16 July 2016. PenzaNews. Missed deadlines of heating systems repair which became the reason of lack of hot water in a row of Penza homes, made mayor Viktor Kuvaytsev together with deputy Yury Ilyin inspect the city last Friday, July 16.

Before visiting Pobedy Avenue near house No. 77 where the hot water supply repair is being delayed, Viktor Kuvaytsev followed down Krupskaya Street where the repair in also held but the work is stopped. The similar situation is observed on Glazunova Street where terms of the beginning and the end of repair work are not even specified.

Having met the representative of the contractor on Pobedy Avenue, Viktor Kuvaytsev emphasized that it is necessary to meet the stipulated deadline.

“People need hot water, not words,” he said.

Also during inspection the mayor noticed that the contractor having finished the pavement work on Tsiolkovskaya Street left the debris.

Having observed Leonova and Udarnaya Streets where the fair is on, Viktor Kuvaytsev noted that the fruit tent is located near the container platform filled with garbage, and other stalls stand in wild grass. Nearby territories also look unattended.

Viktor Kuvaytsev instructed head of Oktyabrsky city district administration Evgeny Guseynov to take measures, and acting head of department of assistance to development of small and average business Olga Zhovtyak together with supervisory authorities to carry out an inspection on compliance of trade in this place to sanitary standards, the press service of Penza city hall reports.
