Penza, 22 March 2012. PenzaNews. The resident of Belinsky area of the Penza region was arrested by police. He is suspected of nine people murders, thus he only planned to make two more crimes. On the condition of anonymity a source in law enforcement agencies of the region reported.

"During the check the writing-book where the young man wrote down information concerning his future victims was found. 11 surnames of people are specified there, and nine of them have not already been alive," said spokesman.

As it was reported earlier, 24-year-old inhabitant of Belinsky of the Penza region in revenge for the killed brother.

Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Investigatory Department of Investigatory committee of the Russian Federation for the Penza region doesn’t comment on it now.
