Moscow City Court left decision on Olga Zelenina’s place of residence unchanged

Penza, 10 April 2013. PenzaNews. Moscow City Court did not alter the decision of the court of Zyuzinsky district of Moscow on the residence of the head of chemical analytical laboratory of Penza Research Institute of Agriculture Olga Zelenina, accused of complicity in smuggling and preparing for illegal drug marketing in an organized group, who is under travel restrictions.

Denis Sagach, the officer of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow determined the capital as a place of residence for Olga Zelenina, where she is forced to rent a flat.

According to the investigator, Olga Zelenina may influence the witnesses and destroy the evidence in Penza.

In turn, the defendant attempted to appeal against this decision first in Zyuzinsky district court in Moscow, then in Moscow City Court, but the judges did not meet the complaint of Olga Zelenina who is claiming that her constitutional right for housing and work were infringed, newspaper “Novaya Gazeta” stated.
