Penza, 26 August 2014. PenzaNews. Bailiffs suspended the activities of one of the Penza enterprises due to illegal employment of a foreign citizen.

As the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” the organization provided painting and decorating services and has a quota for employing the migrants.

“The company signed a contract with a citizen of Uzbekistan to perform masonry work, and did not notified the Federal Migration Service within the three-day period, but only in a week, which constitutes an administrative offense,” the press service commented.

The ministry noted that the bailiffs suspended the company’s activities for a period of 14 days and sealed 8 company offices.
