Penza, 1 September 2014. PenzaNews. The sentence of 12 years and 3 months of imprisonment in a penal colony was appointed to a 32-year-old resident of the Penza region, who was found guilty of committing an offense under paragraph “b,” Part 4, Art. 132 of the Criminal Code “Sexual assault.”

“Investigation and the court found that in March 2014 in one of the regional settlements in the house of the convict, he committed sexual assault against a child,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that the girl is the daughter of the convicted’s female partner.

“The verdict of the court has not entered into force yet,” the agency interlocutor said.
