As the group of propaganda of the department of traffic police in the region told news agency “PenzaNews,” the accident occurred at about 5.40 by house No. 82.

“The driver of Opel Vectra, a man, born 1979, crashed into the obstacle. As a result, he was diagnosed with combined injuries and hospitalized,” the traffic police commented.

The group of propaganda added that the car was moving from Belyaeva Street towards Minskaya Street.

The accident is under investigation, and the traffic police is examining all the evidence of the case.
