Penza, 26 November 2014. PenzaNews. Three 16-year old teenagers have been put into custody as suspects in a case of murder of a 21-year old young man. His body was found in the water pond in Arbekovo district.

One of the accused lives in the city, while the other two are registered in Mokshan area.

“According to investigation, the teenagers met a young man and later beat him up during a row by the water pond in Arbekovo at around 22.00 of November 12, 2014. Afterwards, one of them dragged the body to the pond,” Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, told PenzaNews agency.

She added that one of the teenagers has already been accused of murder and subsequently placed into custody.

“The accusations against the other two teenagers will be based on their involvement in the crime,” explained the agency interlocutor.

According to Lyudmila Fomina, the investigation process is currently underway.
