Penza, 27 November 2014. PenzaNews. The Oktyabrsky area court of Penza city found a local resident guilty of forging document papers and committing a credit fraud.

“The offender forged an employee earnings certificate in late November 2013 that contained false information, and asked an unidentified person to record a fact of employment as an administrator for an individual entrepreneur in his employment record book. After said fact, he received a consumer credit in Sberbank in December 2013 using said forged papers,” the press service representative of the court informed PenzaNews agency.

According to the official explanations, the man stole 150,000 rubles he received due to being unable to pay back on the aforementioned credit.

“The Oktyabrsky area court of Penza city found the offender, who had been previously convicted for grave felony, guilty and sentenced him to 7 months in a high-security penal colony,” the agency interlocutor said.
