Penza, 27 November 2014. PenzaNews. A citizen of Moldova, who arrived to the Russian Federation in December 2011, has been found guilty of violating country stay regulations by Mokshansky district court of the Penza region.

As the court spokesman told PenzaNews agency, the person failed to leave Russia after three months and did not register in the migration office, thereby committing an administrative offense under Part 1.1, Art. 18.8 of the Administrative Code.

“The man was fined 2 thousand rubles with administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation. The court decision has not entered into force yet,” the agency interlocutor said.
