Penza, 19 January 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza police are investigating the case in which around 9 thousand rubles were withdrawn from a Sberbank debit card a local resident.

“The man discovered the theft when attempting to withdraw money using an ATM,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews agency.

The department clarified that the funds were withdrawn between January 3 and January 16.

“The citizen told police officers that he did not lose the card, nor did he reveal the PIN-code to anyone else. His statement is being verified,” the press service of the ministry said.
