Penza, 22 January 2015. PenzaNews. A criminal case against Mikhail Krasnikhin, General Director of LLC “Versatile innovative enterprise ‘Energoresurs’,” who is accused of abuse of power, has been sent to the Pervomaysky area court for review on the merits.

The indictment implies that over 8.5 million rubles obtained from the residents of the houses receiving thermal energy from “Energoresurs” were used to provide an interest-free loan to LLC “Penza housing and operating company,” Mikhail Krasnikhin holds 70% of shares in the company and works as its director.

Most of the embezzled funds were originally intended to be used as payment for a contract with LLC “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Penza” for supplied natural gas.

According to investigators, these actions caused damages to LLC “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Penza,” as well as VIE “Energoresurs,” which was charged over 835 thousand rubles of interest on borrowed funds from November 2013 to October 2014.
