Penza, 24 May 2016. PenzaNews. A young woman has died after jumping out of the window on the 9th floor of an apartment building on Borodina street in Penza, a source in the law enforcement informed PenzaNews.

“The woman was living in the apartment building. The investigators are yet to discover the motives behind the tragedy,” the source said.

According to the source, they are working on many possible motives, including suicide and induced suicide.
