Penza, 4 August 2016. PenzaNews. The body of a newborn baby girl was found at a dumpster in Penza city, Elena Fedoskina, deputy head of the information and public relations department of the Penza region Ministry of the Initerior, told PenzaNews.

According to her, the police received the discovery report at 8.00 of Wednesday, August 3.

“The death occurred around two days before the discovery,” she clarified.

According to her, the materials were submitted to the Investigative Committee, and the girl’s body was brought to the morgue.
