Penza, 29 August 2016. PenzaNews. The search and rescue service rangers of Penza fire-rescue center came to the aid of a dog that fell into an open pit on the territory of the Volodarsky sanatorium and could not get to the surface on its own.

As the press service of the department of housing and civil protection of the regional population told PenzaNews, the incident occurred on Sunday, August 28.

“Rescuers using special slings removed the dog from the manhole and released it. The animal was not hurt,” the department said.
