Around 400 million rubles earned by deputies of Legislative Assembly of Penza region

Penza, 15 April 2014. PenzaNews. The total declared income of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region in 2013, according to the estimates of news agency “PenzaNews,” amounted to over 397 million rubles — which is 70 million rubles less than a year earlier. According to the information posted on the website of the regional parliament, the deputies' wives earned over 222 million rubles.

Maximum annual income belongs to deputy Oleg Bukin, who is also the director of “Remstroy.” He received around 151 million rubles (in 2012 — 212 million). His wife reported her income in the amount of 60 million rubles. A year earlier, it was almost 58 million rubles.

Over 44 million rubles were earned by Ildar Akchurin, who has been the head of production and construction company “Zhilstroy” since 2007. A year ago, his income was 75,5 million rubles. His wife reported the income of nearly 21 million rubles (in 2012 — 1,5 million).

Boris Kulagin, the chairman of the board of directors of “Continent,” took the third place with around 42 million rubles (in 2012 — almost 32 million rubles).

The total income of deputy Fyodor Toshchev, who, according to data posted on the website of the holding “SKM group,” has been the General Director of JSC “SCM Engineering” since 2008, reached 31,5 million rubles (in 2012 — almost 22 million rubles).

The fifth place in the list of the wealthiest deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region in 2013 belongs to Alexei Dmitrienko, the head of “NIIFI.” His income exceeded 27 million rubles (in 2012 — more than 16 million rubles).

Vladimir Kolesnikov earned the least of all. He is also the chairman of “Gigant 1.” His declared income amounted to 283 thousand rubles (in 2012 — 340 thousand rubles).

The following deputies also earned less than one million rubles: Lyudmila Samoylina — about 860 thousand rubles (in 2012 — 1,7 million rubles), Vadim Borinshteyn — almost 885 thousand rubles (691 thousand rubles), Vyacheslav Kosmachev — 897 thousand rubles (607 thousand rubles), Galina Buraeva — about 898 thousand rubles ( 896 thousand rubles), Yana Kuprina — almost 973 thousand rubles (319 thousand rubles), Lyubov Ruzmanova — 988 thousand rubles (694 thousand rubles), and Viktor Kondrashin — 989 thousand rubles (890 thousand rubles).

All these deputies belong to faction “United Russia.”

For objective reasons, the Communist Party deputy Andrei Zuev, who is suspected of organizing a criminal gang and is currently in custody, did not provide information on the income.

The income of the second deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region from the Communist Party faction — Georgy Kamnev — amounted to slightly over one million rubles in 2013 (in 2012 — about 230 thousand rubles). His wife earned about 42 thousand rubles, which is as much as a year ago.

Among the deputies' spouses, the largest annual income was declared by the wife of Vadim Borinshteyn, she earned over 87 million rubles (in 2012 — more than 96 million rubles).

Also, the wives of the following deputies received remarkable incomes: Oleg Bukin's spouse — over 60 million rubles (in 2012 — about 58 million rubles), Vadim Supikov's spouse — more than 26 million rubles (nearly 29 million rubles), Ildar Akchurin's wife — about 21 million rubles (1,5 million rubles), and Dmitry Lavrentyev — almost 14 million rubles (about 956 thousand rubles).
