According to the decree of the governor, the text of which was published on the official website of the regional government on Tuesday, July 22, this position has been included in a list of civil services of the Penza region under the “Administrators” category.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, on Monday, July 28, the position of the press secretary of the governor and the government of the Penza region was taken by Maksim Fomin.

Commenting on his appointment to this position, the acting vice governor of the region Viktor Rubtsov expressed hope that Maksim Fomin “will be a real news-maker.”
