Penza, 30 September 2014. PenzaNews. Valery Bespalov, the deputy chairman of the Penza region government said that he is preparing a lawsuit to protect his honor and dignity against Ruslan Barmakov, general director of LLC “Penzkonditermash” and LLC “Microprofil.”

“Together with lawyers, I am preparing a defamation lawsuit to Mr. Barmakov,” Valery Bespalov twitted on Tuesday, September 30, posting a link to an informational message of news agency PenzaNews about one-man picket near Penza government.

Valery Bespalov is unavailable for comment yet because, according to him, he is taking part in a government meeting.
