According to him, an executive order has been signed by governor Vasily Bochkarev.

“To outside observers, the reduction may seem insignificant, but it is not. It is quite serious and painful for the machinery since it affects specific people in all structural units of the system, many of who have professionally and properly worked and are still working” Viktor Rubtsov wrote in Live Journal on Friday evening, October 3.

He stressed that after this, reductions in other departments and public authorities of the Penza region will come.

“In addition, a large-scale reduction of administrative staff in all ministries and departments has already begun. These functions, as well as all property, including buildings and facilities are transferred to the SBE “Administrative Department of the Governor and the Government of the Penza region,” which will reduce the cost of economic services of authorities. It is expected to reduce costs to the protection of state property. Unified accountant department will be created,” Viktor Rubtsov explained.

He also noted that the region has planned a series of measures to reduce the cost of the civil service.
