As the press service of city administration told PenzaNews agency, Lyudmila Kipurova voluntarily submitted a letter of resignation.

“Her last working day was Monday, October 20,” noted the Penza administration.

Information that the first vice-mayor may leave the position appeared about two weeks ago.

According to several experts, Lyudmila Kipurova’s reason for resignation may be caused by the search conducted in her office earlier.
