Penza, 24 November 2014. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev indirectly admitted allowing his aides to manage his Twitter account due to inability to be personally online all the time.

“My guys went where they shouldn’t have while I worked on festivities in ‘Penza’ concert hall, got what they deserved. Good job, Anton! Kuzmich,” Vasily Bochkarev replied to the message from the local businessman and socially active citizen Anton Kupryushin.

Earlier, the blogger in question suggested Vasily Bochkarev allows somebody else to manage his Twitter account after a lengthy discussion on import replacement since last Thursday, November 20.
