Employees of the monitoring service also analyzed the activity of the regional heads on different platforms.

“Posts of Igor Koshin, who has 343 subscribers, are sort of work reports, there is little reasoning or estimates among them, but the head's participation in various activities is well-reflected. The content of Vasily Bochkarev’s messages (481 readers) and Sergei Sobyanin’s posts (8,154 readers) are of the similar nature to those of Igor Koshin,” the rating explanatory note states.
According to the study of Russian governors’ LiveJournal, Instagram, Facebook and autonomous blogs Vasily Bochkarev did not get into the top five active regional heads in any of these groups.
However, , the governor of the Penza region entered the rating’s top 10 in terms of quoting, occupying the seventh place.
As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, in late November Vasily Bochkarev actually admitted that he is not always managing his Twitter due to his increased work load, and therefore has to delegate this activity to his authorized representatives.
