The Communist Party members in the region will aim to expand their protest activity and mass campaigns to protect the interests of the common people, and organize new pickets and rallies, both in Penza and in the region, announced the first secretary of the CPRF regional committee branch, deputy of the Penza region Legislative Assembly Georgy Kamnev during the September 19 meeting of the party.

Before the discussions, the Communists laid flowers to the Joseph Stalin monument that had been unveiled on its new installation before the new regional committee building on September 9.

They also visited the photo exhibition dedicated to the development of the Soviet authority and the Communist movement in the Penza region right from its origins.

During the party meeting, Georgy Kamnev stressed that the new building of the regional committee, procured by the decision of the CPRF Central Committee, and the new location for the Joseph Stalin movement are significant achievements important for all Communists.

The members of the area committees praised the new, very quickly constructed building, says the press service of the regional Communist Party branch.
