The CPRF Central Committee chairman, head of the State Duma CPRF faction Gennady Zyuganov praised the performance of the people’s cooperative created in Penza, announced Georgy Kamnev, deputy of the Penza region Legislative Aseembly, first secretary of the regional CPRF committee.

“CPRF leader G.A. Zyuganov highly praised Penza people’s cooperative ‘Tovarisch’ during peoples’ friendship and brotherhood forum ongoing in Ufa,” the leader of the Penza Communists wrote in his Twitter in the morning of Saturday, May 21.

According to the CPRF press service, the forum “Friendship and Brotherhood of Peoples – Foundation of Russian Rebirth” in Bashkiria brought together over 700 delegates from Russian regions, Belarus, and Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.

The plenary meeting in the Congress Palace in Ufa was preceded by a fair show.

Gennady Zyuganov visited the tents where delegates are telling people about their experiences, sampled national cuisine, and even participated in several ethnic dances.

The Penza delegates told the CPRF leader about the work of the Georgy Kamnev deputy center, demonstrated the products sold by “Tovarisch” cooperative at affordable prices, and presented the newspaper “Penzenskaya Iskra” that covers the regional Communist Party branch activities.
