Penza, 12 July 2016. PenzaNews. The first secretary of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region Georgy Kamnev held 80 meetings with residents of the region since early May 2016. The headquarters of the Penza communists informed the news agency PenzaNews about it on Tuesday, July 12.

“It is expected that in the middle of next week, the number of such meetings will reach 100. In total, the deputy Georgy Kamnev plans to hold 200 meetings with residents before September. According to the people’s candidate, when the Communist party is actually kept in information blackout we can express the position only through personal meetings and mass distribution of printed materials,” the press service of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party said.

The headquarters reminded that on Saturday the meetings were held in Chaadaevka village, and on Sunday the communists visited Sursk town in the Gorodischensky area.

“The head of the CPRF Regional Committee Georgy Kamnev held four meetings with residents, and the secretary of the party’s organization department, City Duma deputy Oleg Shalyapin together with other communists played football with local children. Tamara Pletneva, State Duma deputy, chairman of the all-Russian women’s union “Hope of Russia,” also took part in the meetings with residents. A lot of people came to talk with people’s deputies.  They shared their problems, actively asked questions and expressed their suggestions,” the press service noted.
