The better result was shown only by the Saratov city administration head Valery Saraev – 2,732.76 points. The third place is taken by the city manager of Ufa Irek Yalalov – 1,019.04 points.

As stated in the explanatory note to the rating, the actively covered the events with participation of the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.
