The event was attended by the representatives of Penza travel agencies “Vzglyad,” “Berkut,” “Kruiz,” “Globus,” “Altair,” “Aquapark Voyazh,” “Profitur,” and “Impressio-tur. Master of recreaton. Penza.”

In the first place, the participants visited a new therapeutic complex of the sanatorium accomodating 100 people with modern equipment, providing visitors with almost all types of medical services.

As the executive director of the sanatorium Lyubov Smirnova informed during the tour, the tourists have an opportunity to visit local specialists — ultrasound examination, gynecologist, orthopedist, and others.

“Our sanatorium is intended for treatment of the digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory and nervous systems. Among the new treatment procedures are naftalan, hydrogen sulfide, alkaline-aluminous, turpentine, selenium, ozone, and chocolate and other types of baths,” Lyubov Smirnova pointed out.

She stressed that sanatorium “Klenovaya Roshcha” offers delicious and healthy diet.

“We offer a baffet three times a day with therapeutic diet meals in our restaurant complex. The menu is arranged in accordance with modern requirements and standards. All dishes are prepared with quality, ecological and fresh products. Our wide range of dishes will allow one composing a balanced meal for children, vegetarians, people on a diet,” the director of the sanatorium added.

In addition to therapeutic trend, the guests were interested in tourist infrastructure, in particular, the representatives of travel agencies ased about the accommodation and timber houses for four people on the banks of stocking ponds.

“In addition, this year we are planning to install additional 18 pavilions for fishing enthusiasts. There is much fish in our ponds. In winter, our guests can enjoy snowboarding, skiing and skating, and in the summer — boating, catamaran, biking, rollerskating, horseback riding and even camel riding. Camels live in our zoo together with wild boars, deer, elk, goats and a donkey. At any time of the year the guests have an opportunity to visit Finnish and Turkish saunas, as well as Russian sauna with wood,” Lyubov Smirnova said.

She added that water park “Podvodnaya lodka” [Submarine] will start operating on the territory of the sanatorium in the nearest future.

“The founder and initiator of the construction of the sanatorium is a local entrepreneur, born in Spassk, Vladimir Nazvanov. It is thanks to him that out of four houses built here 10 years ago, our complex has grown to such enormous proportions. It is worth noting that at the moment we welcome nonresident tourists more often than Penza residents. I think this is due to a remoteness from the regional center, but believe me, it is worth it,” Lyubov Smirnova summed up.

Commenting on the presentation, all the representatives of travel agencies agreed that “Klenovaya Roshcha” may compete with European resorts.

“I liked it very much. Everything is consumer oriented. And besides, it is very picturesque and affordable, it is a perfect proportion of price and quality. I believe that currently very much is being done, so that people came here for a vacation, because the Penza region has great history. And anyway, in my opinion, is much more convenient and functional to rest here, rather than in, say, Italy, and we underestimate Russia and probably we simply have little love for it,” the tour guide of travel agency “Berkut” Lyudmila Steshkina.
