Penza, 24 July 2014. PenzaNews. Sixteen taxi drivers were fined during a preventive action, which was organized by traffic police officers in Penza.

“Four people were caught driving without the required documents,” the group of propaganda of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Traffic police department representative clarified that the preventive action took place on Wednesday, July 23.

“Our inspectors were stopping cars with taxi identification marks and verified the drivers’ documents,” the department explained.
