Penza, 25 July 2014. PenzaNews. Medical examination of Ukrainian refugees was organized at Kirov sanatorium in Penza.

It is expected that on Friday, July 25, 54 adults will have chest X-ray screenings done to obtain a medical report on the health status. This is a necessary step to receive a refugee status or a temporary residence permit in the region.

The medical staff of the regional clinical center of specialized types of medical care will also take blood samples to identify HIV infection and STD.

On Monday, July 28, the adults will be checked by the specialists of the regional drug hospital to report on the absence of addictions.

On Tuesday, July 29, pediatricians of the city children's clinic will conduct tuberculin diagnostics of young citizens of Ukraine.

It is expected that from this day on, children's doctors will conduct reception from 8.00 to 14.00. The specialists will provide immunization to children who are to be vaccinated according to the National calendar of vaccinations in Russia.

In addition to that, therapists of city hospital No. 3 will be available for the adult population every Wednesday from 8.00 to 14.00, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Penza region informed.

On Tuesday, July 22, 100 Ukrainian refugees arrived to Penza on board the plane provided by the EMERCOM of Russia.

All of them are temporarily placed in Kirov sanatorium.
