Penza, 26 August 2014. PenzaNews. The working group meeting, dedicated to finding out the ways and means of establishing a framework for indentifying, classifying and taking actions against the abandoned vehicles on Penza streets, was held at the Penza city council on Monday, August 25.

Among the working group members were Zhigansha Tuktarov, group leader and deputy chairman of the city council; Boris Dryakin, deputy chairman of the City Duma; deputies Aleksey Shuvarin, Ivan Krasnov, Viktor Malykh and Roman Petrukhin; and Denis Funyakin, acting chief of the legal department of the City Duma. The committee also included representatives of the legal department of Penza administration and the department of housing and communal services.

As the press service of the City Duma told news agency “PenzaNews,” the committee discussed the draft order on abandoned vehicles, which was introduced by Oleg Volodin, City Duma member and director of municipal enterprise “Penza traffic center.”

“As a result, the committee decided to develop amendments and submit them in accordance with the rules of Penza city council in the current rules of improvement, compliance with cleanliness and order in the municipality,” the City Duma explained.
