During the visit of the city head to the educational institution, which took place on Wednesday, October 22, the students told Yuri Krivov about how long it takes to create a single robot, why they are interested in technical arts and crafts, and informed him about the upcoming robofootball competitions.
In his turn, Sergei Chernov, head of the innovation center, explained that currently they are actively constructing a robofootball playing field, with an emphasis on electronic components — the automatic display and the goal sensor.
According to him, the construction will be portable and may be used for tournaments in various parts of the city.
Yuri Krivov noted the importance of technical creativity development starting from elementary school, and reminded that modern educational institutions should become centers of attraction for children by offering them various types of employment.
