“I have already given the instructions to the deputy chairman Alexei Ryabov and the chairman of the Penza region Committee on Physical Culture and Sports Valentin Klyachman to hold panel discussions and brainstorming sessions with trade union representatives,” Vasily Bochkarev said during a press conference on Monday, October 27.

According to the governor, this project will become another path to overcome procrastination issues and push the working-age population from alcohol and smoking.

“The citizens must decide whether to accept or reject my initiative. But this is all about the health of the region. If we want to live longer and look better, we must support this project,” Vasily Bochkarev said.
