Kuznetsk, 7 November 2014. PenzaNews. A construction of a 245-bed kindergarten began in Kuznetsk town of the Penza region.

As the first deputy head of administration Vladimir Troshin told PenzaNews agency, currently the workers are completing the earthworks after digging the foundation pit.

“The works are conducted by a local building organization, LLC ‘Stroyzakaz.’ The complete costs are calculated at 170 mln rubles,” said the agency interlocutor.

He added that the object will be complete by October 2015.

“The new primary education facility will be located on Oktyabrskaya street in an easy-to-reach spot, with a school, the ‘Arena’ ice rink and ‘Youth’ creativity center nearby,” Vladimir Troshin concluded.
