Penza, 13 November 2014. PenzaNews. A two-day raid session has concluded in five protocols documenting the cases of illegal street advertising and four warnings, the city hall press office told PenzaNews agency.

“The joint raids were undertaken by the administration of Leninsky district along with a municipal institution ‘Penza city advertisement service.’ They have revealed several illegal external advertisement constructions, and illegal ad posters on Moskovskaya, Pushkina and Kulakova streets,” the press service added.
