Penza, 14 November 2014. PenzaNews. Best leaders and commissars of the regional student teams were awarded during the annual competition that took place in the Penza youth center on the evening of Thursday, November 13.

The winner was Evgeniya Alekseeva, leader of “Record” student team of the Penza State University. She was awarded an invitation to the 3rd All-Russian Student Pedagogical Team Forum that is expected to take part in “Artek” children’s summer camp in Crimea.

The second place was taken by Dmitry Nikolaev, leader of “Maximum” student team of the Penza State Technological University.

The third place was split between Anastasiya Semenova, leader of “Phoenix” team of the Penza vocational college, and Valeria Knyazeva, commissar of “Kolorit” student team of the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction.

Overall, the competition involved eight leaders and student commissars from the top higher and vocational education institutions of the region.

They took part in several tasks: presented their “business card video,” shown a video clip dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the Russian student team movement, and competed in public speaking and intellect.

As Artem Kolobov, the chairman of the regional Russian Student Teams department, told PenzaNews agency, the event was festive, and the spectators supportive.

“This is the anniversary for our student teams movement, and so each event held by the regional HQ is a turning point,” the agency interlocutor added.
