The record-breaking creation of the agricultural production and distribution cooperative “Khleb” required 300 kg of flour, 50 kg of sugar, 10 kg of raisins, 300 eggs, 40 kg of margarine, 8 kg of yeast, 70 liters of milk, 2 kg of salt, 10 liters of oil, 1 kg of baking powder and 500 g of vanilla.

The bread loaf was presented in the “Penza” cinema and concert hall on Friday, November 21.

The work of Penza bakers was registered as the new national achievement in the category “Largest bread loaf in Russia.”

“The report on it will be entered to the unified international register of the Russian worldwide record committee,” the press service of the Penza region government informed PenzaNews agency.
